Zine: A Pocket Guide to Gratitude Journaling
Gratitude is a strong feeling of appreciation for someone or something, and in writing these feelings down we can increase the impact that gratitude has on our life. This journal will become a chronicle of the meaningful moments that we too often forget about in our daily lives.
Gratitude Journaling sounds a bit like another way to placate you when you express feelings of anxiety, or depression... and I will admit that I was very sceptical at first. Luckily, Gratitude Journaling has been backed up by scientific studies and in my very humble opinion it does work! Starting and maintaining a journal can be difficult at first because it is another thing to remember to do, but after a while of keeping a gratitude journal, I promise you it is worth checking off your to-do list! Keep doing it every evening until it becomes a habit.
