Delivery Information

I aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days. Any exceptions to this will be stated on the product page, and this does not apply to custom orders. My shipping days are usually Mondays and Thursdays.

All of your parcels will be wrapped securely in eco-friendly biodegradable, and/or recycled materials. I still encourage you to re-use my packaging materials if you can (trash makes for excellent zine-making supplies!) - reduce, reuse, recycle!!

I am based in Scotland, and I ship worldwide!

UK Delivery
All of my UK orders are posted out via Royal Mail. You can choose between 1st Class, 2nd Class, and Tracked & Signed. You can find out more information about these services on the Royal Mail Website.

International Delivery
All of my International orders are posted via Royal Mail International Delivery. You can choose between Standard and Tracked. You can find out more information about these services on the Royal Mail Website.

Terms & Conditions

All of my orders are delivered using Royal Mail services. As such, I am not liable for the service Royal Mail provides.

If your order shows as delivered and you have not received the item, please let me know immediately. I will then start an initial investigation with Royal Mail. This process normally takes 72hrs, pending the outcome of the initial investigation, we can then take further steps to process your claim.

If there are any signs of damage to the outer packaging I strongly advise you to refuse the order at the point of delivery. If this is not possible please let the postal service worker know to mark the delivery as damaged upon receipt. If you do choose to accept the damaged order please make sure to take photos of the outer packaging as you've received it and contact me within 7 days of the delivery date. Any claims made after this time will not be accepted.

I am sorry, but I cannot change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been processed.

I am unable to process any claims for non-delivery if your order is delivered to a work address, student halls, block of flats or other building with a communal delivery point and the tracking on your order is confirmed as delivered.

If an incorrect, incomplete or invalid address is given for delivery I am unable to process any claims for the parcel not being delivered, please let me know however and I will contact you if it is returned to me – all of my parcels are shipped with a return address on the back.

I will do my utmost to dispatch your order for delivery within the estimated dates however this may be subject to external circumstances that I have no control over such as extreme weather conditions etc.
